It has an extensive spread of offices across India, in Nepal and a representative office in the US. • TT Logistics, a General Sales Agent for British Airways World Cargo in India (except New Delhi and Mumbai) since 1984. India is a very critical market for British Airways World Cargo as they operate 1900 flights yearly to India with a sales turnover in excess of INR One billion annually. In addition we have 9 freighters a week. To fill these capacities with high value cargo and provide ongoing support to British Airways World Cargo customers who call for rate queries, reservations, cargo clearance, etc. is the prime responsibility of this Division. This division has a team size of 70. In a world where speed is the essence, TT Logistics provides multifaceted service from the first contact with the customer to physical delivery of the shipment anywhere in the world.
  
  
  
• TT Services, the other division of TT Enterprises, is the first Company in India to pioneer the concept of Visa Support Services to the Embassies and Consulates in India. TT Services has a combined experience of 10 years (5 years with US Embassy & Consulates, 2 years with German Consulate and a year each with Australian, New Zealand & Singapore High Commission) in providing Visa Support Services in India. Its offerings include customer contact centres across India to accept applications & manage customer queries, application data capture for the consulates, managing the logistics of collecting applications, sending to the Consulate and reaching it back to the applicant. It also maintains exclusive websites for each of its Consulate customers, for appointment scheduling, applicant data capture, visa information etc. This division has a team size of 120 and handles more then 350,000 visa applications annually.
